I guess you could call it Triple-y Pale Ale chicken if you wanted because I served this chicken, marinated with Sierra Nevada Pale Ale and Sierra Nevada Pale Ale Mustard with a pint of Sierra Nevada’s classic Pale Ale. Pale Ale overload if there could ever be such a thing!
(2) 12 oz bottles or cans of Sierra Nevada Pale Ale
(3) Tablespoons of Sierra Nevada Pale Ale Mustard
(1) Tablespoon Tastefully Simple Tuscany Bread Dipping Mix
(3) Medium-sized Chicken Breasts
Blend the beer, mustard, and seasoning thoroughly in a Pyrex container
Add the chicken making sure to cover completely
Allow chicken to marinade/thaw in fridge for 20+ hours
Grill chicken (completely, to a minimum of 165° F or above)
Serve chicken with a Sierra Nevada Pale Ale and your choice of sides; we used a wild rice mix and pasta salad.
